Summary & Highlights
The center, which was established Jan. 2020, acts to nurture, grow and empower entrepreneurs among the students, graduates, faculty and residents of the area, and to grow Ventures from the campus at Ariel University. The center initiates and operates interdepartmental entrepreneurship programs and collaborations with industry, Ariel city and the region through courses, workshops, Hackathons and hands-on Entrepreneurship practice.
Accelerator Program for Entrepreneurship – The program accelerates the progress of young entrepreneurs, from the concept stage, while studying entrepreneurship methodologies & practices, personal work with mentors from the industry and meetings with successful entrepreneurs. The entrepreneurs participating in the program receive professional support, mentoring and exposure to sponsors, including leading law firms and accountants, patent registration and intellectual property management firms, venture capital investment bodies and high-tech companies. Selected ventures that participated in international startup competitions won awards, raised investments and established startups.
Learning integrates practical experience – entrepreneurship and innovation in organizations an academic program that combines entrepreneurship and innovation studies with hours of internships and hands-on practice in the field of student studies, in high-tech companies and various organizations, in order to give students the opportunity to gain real work experience during their studies.
Venture capital analyst training course – a certificate program in venture capital investments in startups in collaboration with ‘fresh.fund’ venture capital fund
Workshops, lectures, meataps and Hackathons in diverse fields in the world of entrepreneurship, open to all students, graduates, and faculty. Examples of workshops – impact, intellectual property, makers, negotiation skills and more
Entrepreneurship community on campus – establishing and nurturing a community of entrepreneurs to promote collaborative learning, encouraging the raising of ideas, market and product validation, feasibility check, and assisting in the implementation and establishment of ventures.
Ariel Entrepreneurship VC fund (Ariel Entrepreneurship VC fund) – The fund will be used to support and encourage outstanding ventures in the early stages. The money will be used by the ventures for Proof-of-Concept (POC) and Pilot with customers and help the venture reach
Working together with both industry and entrepreneurs, AU’s Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center, forges mutually satisfying partnerships that result in generating substantial returns to shareholders.

המרכז שהוקם בינואר 2020, פועל לטפח לגדל ולהעצים יזמים בקרב הסטודנטים, הבוגרים, הסגל ותושבי האזור ולהצמחת מיזמים מתוך הקמפוס באוניברסיטת אריאל. המרכז יוזם ומפעיל תכניות יזמות ושת"פים בין-מחלקתיים, מול התעשייה, העיר והאזור באמצעות קורסים, סדנאות, האקתונים והרצאות. תכנית האקסלרטור למיזמים -התכנית מאיצה התקדמות של מיזמים צעירים, משלב הרעיון, תוך לימוד פרקים בעולם היזמות, עבודה אישית עם מנטורים מהתעשייה ומפגשים עם יזמים מצליחים. היזמים המשתתפים בתכנית מקבלים חשיפה ויעוץ משותפים ונותני חסות, לרבות משרדי עו"ד ורו"ח מובילים, משרדי רישום פטנטים וניהול קניין רוחני, גופי השקעות הון-סיכון וחברות הייטק מובילות. מיזמים נבחרים שהשתתפו בתחרויות בארץ ובעולם זכו בפרסים, גייסו השקעות והקימו חברות סטאראפ. למידה משלבת התנסות – יזמות וחדשנות בארגונים - תכנית אקדמית שמשלבת לימודי יזמות וחדשנות עם ביצוע שעות התנסות בתחום לימודי הסטודנט, בחברות הייטק וארגונים שונים, במטרה להעניק לסטודנטים אפשרות לרכוש ניסיון תעסוקתי של ממש במהלך לימודי התואר. fresh.fund קורס הכשרת אנליסטים להשקעות הון-סיכון - תכנית לימודי תעודה בתחום השקעות הון סיכון בסטארטאפים בשיתוף קרן הון סיכ מים לביצוע הוכחת יכולת ופיילוט עם לקוחות ולסייע למיזם להגיע סדנאות, הרצאות, מיטאפים והאקתונים בתחומים מגוונים בעולם היזמות, הפתוחים לכל הסטודנטים, הבוגרים והסגל. דוגמא לסדנאות- אימפקט, קניין רוחני, מייקרים ועוד קהילת יזמות בקמפוס – הקמה וטיפוח קהילת יזמים לקידום שת"פ לימוד משותף, עידוד העלאת רעיונות, בדיקת היתכנות, וסיוע ביישום והקמת מיזמים. (Ariel Entrepreneurship VC fund) - קרן השקעות ולתמיכה במיזמים מצטיינים (PreSeed) הכסף ישמש את המיזמים לביצוע הוכחת יכולת ופיילוט עם לקוחות ולסייע למיזם להגיע לשלב פרה-סיד .(Early Stage) הקרן תשמש לתמיכה ועידוד מיזמים מצטיינים בשלבי הקמה על מנת שיוכל לגייס כסף ממשקיעים, קרנות הון סיכון, רשות החדשנות ועוד
